How to use
Remove the water from the heat source. Place the dental night guard in hot water for 15-20 seconds.
Remove the night guard
from hot water and allow it to cool for 2 seconds. Doing so, the night guard will be warm but will not burn.
Carefully place
The dental night guard on the upper or lower teeth and close your mouth firmly. Then open your lips and with the fingers, press directly on the splint against your front teeth for about 4-5 seconds. After that, close the lips and with a strong sucking motion, draw out all air and push your tongue against the roof of the mouth. Now use your fingers to press the night guard tight against your all around gums.
After 1 minute
Remove the night guard from your mouth and put it under a stream of cold water for at least 2 minutes. At this point, the night guard is ready for use.
